At Monkey Biz, we want you to enjoy your purchase and shop with confidence.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must be returned in original packaging where applicable

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Please do not return items directly to manufacturers.


Eligible Returns

  • The incorrect item was delivered

  • The product contains a manufacturing defect

  • The item does not match the confirmed order


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Personalized or custom-made decorations

  • Seasonal products purchased after the relevant holiday period (unless defective)

  • Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, or normal wear


Product Appearance Notice

We make every effort to display products accurately.

However, slight differences in:

  • Colors

  • Finishes

  • Materials

  • Ornament details

  • Packaging

may occur due to photography, lighting, display settings, or manufacturing variations and do not automatically qualify as defects.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be approved where:

  • Products show signs of use

  • Items are returned incomplete or missing components

  • Returned products are damaged for reasons not caused by us

  • Returns are initiated after the return window


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

You will receive confirmation whether your refund request has been:

  • Rejected

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not appeared:

  2. Contact your card provider or payment processor

  3. Contact your bank, as additional processing time may apply

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Discounted, promotional, or clearance items are generally non-refundable unless defective or required by applicable law.


Exchanges

We replace items only where products arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • Approved returns may be issued as store credit.

If the gift was purchased and delivered to the purchaser first:

Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product arrived damaged or defective

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required.

For higher-value returns, we recommend using a tracked shipping method.

We cannot guarantee receipt of returns sent without tracking.
